The agreed cash amount is due at the start of the event. Talent must accept the cash-event terms before their first cash-event application. Platform commission is handled separately under the applicable plan and terms.

No. Clients choose talent based on their event requirements, and availability varies. Membership provides the stated plan benefits rather than a guarantee of work.
